Overage, shortage, damage, a missed appointment, or a receiver who simply refused the load: the truck is now sitting with freight nobody will take, and detention is running. Dock & Haul takes that problem off the driver. We recover the load to a vetted dock near the refusal point, anywhere in the country.
What recovery includes
- Recovery to dock. The load comes off the problem truck and into a secure facility.
- Inspection & photography. Condition documented pallet by pallet — the evidence you need for the claim.
- Sort & segregate. Good product separated from damaged, counted, and reported.
- Restack to spec. Re-palletized, wrapped, and labeled the way the next receiver wants it.
- Short-term warehousing. Hold the freight while you work out disposition.
- Re-delivery or disposal. We coordinate the next truck, or documented destruction if that’s the call.
